Vasan is one of the founding members of Treeline and has guided its vision since 2008. He has been playing an instrumental role, starting from initial conceptualization of Treeline to its active day-to-day management. He has nearly 30 years of diverse experience, serving organizations at various levels throughout India, UAE, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.

Prior to his joining Treeline, Vasan was involved in spearheading the establishment of a Trust and Asset Management Company in DIFC Dubai. He was earlier the finance controller of Al Essa Group Kuwait leading the implementation of Oracle e-Business Suite across different business functions of the group. As a Group Finance Controller of Jarir Group, he was involved in flotation of Jarir Marketing Limited, a Saudi Joint Stock Company, including the merger of its retail and wholesale operations, induction of new shareholders through Private Placement and subsequently in IPO process and listing in Saudi Stock Exchange. He also worked with their family office and got exposed to investment analysis and due diligence of hedge funds and private equity investments and experienced in asset allocation and portfolio management. Post listing, he was instrumental in establishing corporate governance measures and supporting the regulatory reporting requirements. He started his career with Rane group wherein he held senior level positions in Finance and Accounting, prior to moving out to Jarir.

Sampath is a seasoned professional with nearly 34 years of diverse expertise throughout India and Africa. He has successfully built and grown the Recruitment business in Treeline as a business unit. He takes care of head hunting for senior positions across industries and geographies.

In his earlier assignment, he was the Managing Director of Nigerian Mineral Water Industries Ltd. at Onitsha, Nigeria and Director of Limca Group, Lagos, Nigeria (Coca Cola franchisee). He served 16 years with Limca Group and successfully turned around a sick unit in to a highly profitable business which employed more than 1000 employees. He was instrumental in introducing new product lines and streamlined distribution, pricing, branding, marketing and plant operations. He initiated many corporate social responsibility initiatives which was quite appreciated by the local community and in recognition was offered traditional Chieftaincy title. He returned to India to join associate Group Company Bisleri International Pvt. Ltd. as their Profit Center Head of Chennai bottling plant and successfully introduced a new supply chain matrix which improved quality of service and in-turn profitability. He started his career as an Entrepreneur in dairy products processing and later worked as client servicing executive in Contract Advertising Agency (part of JWT worldwide) and also had brief stint as a Lecturer in undergraduate commerce stream.

Prasad is an IT professional with 18 years of diverse technical competencies. He is heading the IT Dept. in Treeline and manages various IT Projects with clients in various geographies. He is instrumental in evaluation and implementation of various business applications such as ERP, POS and complex integration between systems. He advises client in enhancement and optimization of business systems, in an inclusive fashion. He is the chief mentor toward development of proprietary analytical products. He manages and ensures end-to-end business system implementation at client places undertaken by third party vendors. He is up-to-date with technological innovations and consciously endeavors to bring deep value to clients while delivering IT consulting services.

During his previous assignment with Cognizant Technology Solutions, Prasad successfully led more than 20 member teams to win ‘Project of the Year” awards in two occasions (once winner and another time runner up). Also, he was nominated to get trained on CMMi Level 5 processes and represented the projects to External Audits by KPMG. Prior to Cognizant, he was associated with Polaris Software Labs, where he made key technical contribution in one of Citibank’s major migration project and in recognition was awarded ‘Shooting Star’. He has been associated with leading IT companies like Take Solutions and Technosoft Global Services. During his first career stint with B S & B Technologies, he successfully delivered a complex chemical engineering product. He has core domain expertise in retail, real estate, banking, engineering and healthcare industries.

Tirtha is heading the business development and marketing function in Treeline and has more than 16 years of diverse experience across industries and geographies. He contributes through conceptualization, planning and consultative selling of innovative client centric solutions – utilizing engagement means such as outsourcing, offshoring and co-sourcing. He is a forward thinker, who constantly focuses on shaping the business practices to meet and anticipate both near and long-term business issues of our clients. He is passionate about bringing creative ideas and new value propositions to C-level executives of client organizations and thoughtfully builds the reputation of being a trusted partner. He understands technology very well to articulate long term value proposition to clients. He manages end-to-end business cycle starting from presales to client acquisition to successful project closure. His responsibilities include, coordination with various departments / functions within Treeline, toward ensuring smooth project execution and submission of high quality deliverable exceeding SLA standards. He is proactively involved in end-to-end project life cycle and mentors as a think tank, thus contributing ideas towards achieving operational excellence. He is supported by a team of energetic colleagues, helping him at each stage to drive the show. He loves to be hands-on, entrepreneurial style – someone who becomes personally involved in all elements of managing his functional responsibility and seeks to develop like-minded professionals.

Prior to joining Treeline, Tirtha worked for organizations of repute like Reliance Mutual Fund, ICICI Bank, TATA AIA Life Insurance and Johnson & Johnson at various capacities, growing from a field role to leadership positions. During these assignments, he learned quickly nitty-gritties of business along with market dynamics and enjoyed successfully establishing new businesses (B2B & B2C) from ground zero. He planned meticulously and acquired many strategic client relationships, be it institutional or ultra high-net-worth investors for his previous employers.

Madhu has an overall experience spanning 9 years. At Treeline, he heads the Wealth Management Support vertical and is involved in investment research, valuation, due-diligence, and preparation of funding documents for corporates and investment companies. His high work quality, quick turnaround and attention to detail have been of immense value to the clients he works with. His experience in working with multiple family offices has equipped him to provide end-to-end solution for family offices from framing of family constitution and investment policies to investment structuring and governance. At Treeline, he also works closely with the IT team and is instrumental in development of in-house proprietary analytical products serving Private Equity and Capital Market investors.

Madhu’s past experience with MARMORE MENA Intelligence (a subsidiary of Kuwait Financial Centre ‘Markaz’) had facilitated him to understand the intricacies of GCC market environment and its behavior in a meaningful fashion. As a Senior Analyst, he worked closely with the Fund Management team analyzing GCC market trends and doing thematic research on various subject. He started his career in Financial Services with CRISIL Ltd. (a subsidiary of Standard & Poor’s), working as an offshore associate for a global investment bank. At CRISIL, he assisted senior bankers in building financial models, conducting fundamental & industry research, data mining, preparing mandate pitches and writing reports on European & US Markets.

Kalyan is a seasoned IT professional with 15 years of diverse expertise. He is heading IT Infrastructure and Information Security consulting Practice. He provides expert leadership in designing and building best-in-class IT infrastructure with Information Security as a business case. He is responsible for designing data centres & Enterprise IT Infrastructure projects with various clients in different geographies with technological innovations and best practices in IT infrastructure management to improve agility, flexibility, reliability and reduce TCO. His expertise includes Information Security strategic planning, designing & implementation of various risk management programs and Information Security audit and assurance services as well. He is also expert in providing high availability and BCP/DR (Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery) services for mission critical business applications with appropriate technology solutions.

During his previous assignment, Kalyan worked with well-known FMCG’s like HUL, Nestle and Vodafone in the domain of Managed Security Services (MSS) which encompass security device management & monitoring, vulnerability management, security information and event management and Business Application Management Services (BAMS) which includes application operation support, database management and middleware management

Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s (bachelor) Degree in Economics (1983) from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He also holds series of licenses with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), National Association of Security Dealer (NASD) and National Futures Association. Ahmed has a wealth of experience in Asset Management and Financial Services at a senior level.

His experience spans over 20 years in leading financial institutions in the USA, such as E.F. Hutton Securities, where he was Financial Advisor to the company; Thompson McKinnon Securities, where he was Senior Vice-President and Managing Director of Capital Markets for the Middle East; Oppenheimer Securities where he was Senior Vice President in respect of capital markets and later as an independent (contracted) investment advisor for Oppenheimer. As a profit center head with these firms, he was responsible for team building, cost control, client relationship and risk management of clients’ assets.

His most recent involvement, has been in his family office, Jarir Inc.(since 1993) which is predominantly an investment company dealing in asset allocation, portfolio management, private equity and real estate investments. As president of Jarir Inc., Ahmed has been instrumental in managing the USA portfolio of investments including its tax administration and assisting the family on the formation of trusts. He has relocated from USA to Dubai in the recent past and plays an active role in shaping and mentoring Treeline’s impressive growth journey.
