Tirtha is a graduate in Science from Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology, India and also a graduate in Law from Utkal University, India. He has also done his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, India. He has over 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. He has worked with companies like Johnson & Johnson, Tata AIG Life Insurance, ICICI Bank and Reliance Capital Asset Management at various capacities.While traditional outsourcing initiatives focus on taking costs out and rightfully so, the new collaborative approach employed by Treeline aims to focus on improving enterprise level business outcomes.
