He has worked and held senior positions in India, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. He has exposure to investment analysis and due diligence of hedge funds and private equity investments and experience in asset allocation and portfolio management. He was involved in flotation of Jarir Marketing Limited, a Saudi Joint Stock Company, including the merger of its retail and wholesale operations, induction of new shareholders through Private Placement and subsequently in IPO process and listing in Saudi Stock Exchange. He was instrumental in establishing corporate governance measures and supporting the regulatory reporting requirements, post listing. Over the past 30 years, he has provided services in corporate finance, financial structuring for corporate entities and established trusts for families. He has a wealth of experience in Accounting and Auditing, Financial Advisory, Trust and Corporate Advisory.  

Prasad is a Management Graduate having done his post-graduation in Computer Applications. He has over 16 years experience in IT project management with domain expertise in banking, engineering and healthcare. He has a Master degree in Computer Applications and various certifications, including PMP and PHAM. He brings with him 16 years of experience in Project Management, Quality Assurance, Risk Assessment & Mitigation and Metrics Reporting, having worked with leading IT companies in India like Cognizant Technology Solutions, Polaris Software Labs, Take Solutions and Technosoft Global Services. He has rich exposure to setting up IT Systems and Procedures, Application Development & Implementation. With Treeline, he has been involved in development and deployment of wealth management support solutions for PEQ Analytics and Saudi Stock Market Analytics.  

Tirtha is a graduate in Science from Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology, India and also a graduate in Law from Utkal University, India. He has also done his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, India. He has over 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
