Vasan is a Physics graduate from Madras University and a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA) & Company Secretary (CS). He has worked and held senior positions in India, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. He has exposure to investment analysis and due diligence of hedge funds and private equity investments and experience in asset allocation and portfolio management. He was involved in flotation of Jarir Marketing Limited, a Saudi Joint Stock Company, including the merger of its retail and wholesale operations, induction of new shareholders through Private Placement and subsequently in IPO process and listing in Saudi Stock Exchange. He was instrumental in establishing corporate governance measures and supporting the regulatory reporting requirements, post listing. Over the past 30 years, he has provided services in corporate finance, financial structuring for corporate entities and established trusts for families. He has a wealth of experience in Accounting and Auditing, Financial Advisory, Trust and Corporate Advisory.
